Warranty Terms & Conditions

We stand behind the quality of our work, however, the following conditions apply to all warranty requests:

    The warranty applies only to the specific parts replaced by Reliance Appliance Service during the original repair.

    All warranty claims must be made within the active warranty period.

  • 3

    Blockages and clogs are not covered under warranty.

  • 4

    The warranty does not apply in cases of improper use or damage caused by misuse.

  • 5

    Any issues resulting from foreign objects entering pumps, motors, or other internal components are excluded from coverage.

    Our technicians always aim to repair your appliance without unnecessary part replacements to help you save on costs.

  • 7

    If the same issue occurs again and requires a new replacement part, it will not be covered under the initial warranty.
